Return Process

  Securely pack the unopened tea or unused accessories in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return label or use a tracked shipping service to send the items back to our warehouse for inspection.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and verify the condition of your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
